@rarebeauty: I needed a brow pencil and gel that I could carry with me for touchups on the go, which is why I love having Brow Harmony. The pencil is so soft yet pigmented—it does an incredible job at filling in any sparse areas in my brows. On the opposite side of the pencil is the complementary brow gel which has a mini precision brush for combing, refining and setting brow hairs in place. Xo, Selena
