Rolling Stone Magazine confirms that Selena Gomez is set to play Linda Ronstadt in an upcoming biopic movie, and the movie is currently in pre-production!

‘The [Linda Ronstadt] biopic is currently in pre-production, with Ronstadt’s manager, John Boylan, and James Keach co-producing. Additional casting details and a release date have not yet been announced.’ – Rolling Stone Magazine

‘Ronstadt and Gomez previously met at the former’s home to discuss the project, according to a note on the website for Boylan’s company Great Eastern Music.’ – THR
