18 October: Selena’s lawyers reaches settlement with ‘Clothes Forever — Styling Game’ mobile game maker

According to Rolling Stone Magazine, lawyers for Selena Gomez and the game maker, which stole her image and used it in their mobile game (Clothes Forever — Styling Game) without her permission, confirmed they had reached a “fully formed” written settlement agreement signed by all the parties after appearing at a hearing Tuesday, October 17, and the judge said she would take the scheduled trial off calendar once notice of the signed settlement was filed.

“Selena Gomez is a style icon,” Alex Weingarten, an attorney for the singer, previously said in a statement to Rolling Stone at the time. “This is an egregious violation of Selena’s rights, which we will litigate vigorously to vindicate.”
