Album Review:

After the break out of Kiss & Tell, Selena decided to continue work on music, the second album A Year Without Rain, was popular, but it was not enough for fans and also for Selena. In spring of 2011 Selena started working on her third studio album.

First single was Who Says, later that song became an anthem of all Selenators around the world, the second single was Love You Like A Love Song, that song was the first multi platinum single of Selena, it sold over 4 million copies in the US.

Selena didn’t know how to name the new album, for the first it was named The Other Side, but then the name was changed to When The Sun Goes Down because of the song which she wrote along with her friend from The Scene – Joe Klement.

The record was, like always, devoted to her fans, in the 1st week album started from the 4th place in Billboard Hot 200 (78.000 copies sold) but later jumped up to the 3rd place in the chart, and later the record became gold in 4 countries including US and platinum in Canada.
