The release of the music video certainly aided the song’s streaming points (and overall chart performance), but the greatest percentage of the song’s streaming points (46%) came from Spotify. Music video streaming figures were bottlenecked due to the Apple Music exclusivity.

Despite the limitation on streaming, the video release nonetheless generated buzz for the song, which in turn resulted in increased sales and audio streams.”
